How does it work?
Step 1

Buy the watch case you want to change (Special price, see options below).

Step 2

You will receive an email with an order number. Include the order number in the package that you must send with the old watch to our address Avenida de Manoteras 38, Portal D004, 28050, Madrid.

Step 3

As soon as we receive your old WYNOT in our offices we will send you the new WYNOT so that you can enjoy it again in its fullness. Do not worry about the shipping costs, we take care of them.

24 MONTHS WARRANTY

WYNOT watches have a limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects for 24 months after the date of purchase from an authorized dealer. This includes the movement of the clock, indexes, dial and hands.

Basically, if the parts of the watch or the mechanics do not work properly, and it is our responsibility, we will repair or replace the product for free.

Other parts that are not listed above are not covered by this warranty. If the product is returned during the warranty period, WYNOT undertakes to repair or replace any defective watch or any of its parts, at no additional cost.

Excluded:

Defects and damages due to loss, theft, fire, water or natural catastrophe.

Failure or damage caused by improper use, carelessness (bumping, crushing, breaking of glass / glass, etc.) or accidents.

Breakdown or damage caused by unjustified repair or modification.

Aesthetic modifications, defects and damages due to normal use, wear and aging.

Battery, bracelet, crown or crystal / glass.

Defects in the watch glass that have not been reported within 7 days, counted from the date of receipt of the product.

If you have purchased on our website, the order number will be sufficient; otherwise you will have to send a copy of the purchase receipt from an authorized WYNOT distributor.

In case the damages are covered by the guarantee, the client must send the product to our official SERVIWATCH technical service (the shipping costs are borne by the customer). Once received, it will be verified that it is under warranty and will be repaired or replaced. in case of not being approved the guarantee will be communicated to the client to certify that he wants to continue with the repair / replacement with the expenses that this entails. Wynot Watches will send the watch to the client for free.

What quality systems are applied in the WYNOT manufacturing process?

WYNOT applies the following quality control systems in the manufacturing process: BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative), CE (Conformité Européenne), ROHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) and WOOLWORTHS. In the case of the Button Straps, quality control is carried out by ourselves at our Madrid offices

What type of stainless steel do we use to manufacture our watches?

WYNOT uses high quality 316 stainless steel with low carbon and excellent polish very pleasant to the eye and touch.

What type of movement do we use?

Japanese Miyota GL30 (Buttons Collection) of three needles, of excellent quality and reliability. It is one of the most recognized movements in the industry.

What type of battery do we use?

The battery of WYNOT watches is SR626SW from the Japanese brand SONY. It is expected that the batteries installed in our watches will last between 2 to 3 years depending on external factors such as, but not limited to: outside temperature, humidity, air pressure, etc.

What material are the watch straps made of?

Button Collection: The Button Straps are made with a wide variety of materials. 100% natural cotton, wool, polyester, cloth, suede, etc.

Are WYNOT watches water resistant?

Button Collection: With 5 ATM, they are submersible. This means that the watch supports rainwater, showers and short baths. In no case dive activities at great depth.

Does WYNOT offer after sales service?

Wynot makes available to the customer after-sales service through our Serviwatch workshop (Carrer Cavanilles nº5 bajo A, 28007 Madrid). The periodicity of this operation depends essentially on the use to which the watch is subjected. Operation includes:

1) Replacing the battery. Control and adjustment of the machinery. As well as the functions of the watch.

2) Cleaning of the case and replacement of all the boards

3) The Technical Service will present a budget if the watch needs an intervention not foreseen in this tariff.

Order and shipment information
How can I change or cancel my order before I have received it?

Please contact our customer service through our contact form, so that we can change or cancel your order before sending it.

When will my order be sent?

Most orders are shipped after 2 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to the availability of the merchandise. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

How do I track my order?

Our courier company, Correos, will send you an email with your tracking once your order has been prepared and sent. When you receive it, you can enter it in the post office tracking page:

If you notice that the "tracking" does not work, keep in mind that Correos takes a few hours to enter your tracking in the system and only sends in working days. In this case, try to make it later.

How much is the time and shipping costs when there is no free promotion?

Peninsula and Balearic Islands: 3-5 business days (€ 4.90). If the shipment is urgent 1-2 business days (€ 5.90).

Rest of the world: 3-7 business days (€ 5.90).

If your order passes through a customs office, we are not responsible for the additional costs that this entails.

Returns and Changes
I received an incorrect product

We are firm supporters that you as a customer, check that the item you receive in the delivery is correct and that it is in perfect condition. If you have received an incorrect item or is damaged, please contact our customer service within a maximum period of 14 days.

Can I return the purchased products?

The right of withdrawal consists of rescinding a contract, returning all or part of the merchandise acquired to our offices in the Avenida de Manoteras 38, Portal D004, 28050, Madrid, Spain, where the cost of return shipping is Customer account. This must be done before 14 days have passed since the receipt of the goods. What is our return / exchange policy?

Any unopened product can be returned up to 14 days after delivery. Note that the product must be in exactly the same (new) condition in which you received it. Pack the watch in the original package and in the same way it was delivered.

Please be sure to include your order number, in addition to contacting us at wynot@wynotwatches.com.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once we receive the package at Avenida de Manoteras 38, Portal D004, 28050, Madrid, Spain, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. When this transaction has taken place, you will be notified by email to the address that appears in your account.

After issuing the refund, it will have a maximum of 3 business days for the funds to be received again on your credit card or PayPal account.
