1. WATCH CHARACTERISTICS

What quality systems are applied in the WYNOT manufacturing process?

WYNOT applies the following quality control systems in the manufacturing process: BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative), CE (Conformité Européenne), ROHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) and WOOLWORTHS.

What type of stainless steel do we use to manufacture our watches?

WYNOT uses 316 high-quality stainless steel with low carbon and excellent polishing that is very pleasing to the eye and to the touch.

What kind of movement do we use?

Miyota Japanese three-needle movement, excellent quality and reliability. It is one of the most recognized movements in the industry.

What type of battery do we use?

The battery of WYNOT watches is SR626SW from the Japanese brand SONY. 

The batteries installed in our watches are expected to last between 2 to 3 years depending on external factors such as, but not limited to: outside temperature, humidity, air pressure, etc.

What material are the watch straps?

Leather collection: The straps are made of high quality leather that provides great softness and comfort. Several models have a velvety component perfect for finishing the belt.

Buttons Collection: This collection is made with 100% natural cotton. Some straps contain polyster or micro polyester

Are WYNOT watches water resistant?

Leather collection. With 3ATM, they simply withstand rain and small spatters, but our leather watches are not accustomed to dipping into the water. Even so, we recommend avoiding all contact with water, as the damage caused by water is not covered by the guarantee.

Buttons Collection: With 5 ATM, yes they are submersible. This means that the watch supports rainwater, showers and short baths. In no case diving activities at great depth

Does WYNOT offer warranty on its products?

WYNOT watches have a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects for two years after the date of purchase from an authorized dealer. Basically, if the clock or mechanical parts do not work properly, and it is our responsibility, we will repair or replace the product for free. To do this you must send your watch (or take it yourself) to our service of repair Serviwatch in the street Cavanilles nº5 low floor A, 28007 Madrid. If you have any doubts you can call 914448020 or write to sat@serviwatch-madrid.com. The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental damage of glass, scratches, belt deterioration, or theft. The purchase invoice is required for any claim and service request, so please keep your purchase receipt. If you have purchased on our website, the order number will be enough; Otherwise you will need to send a copy of the purchase receipt from an authorized WYNOT dealer. The shipping costs of the watches that are in guarantee will be assumed by Wynot


Defective Products

In the case of a defective product, you must contact support@wynotwatches.com within 14 days of receipt of the order and send us an image showing the defect clearly, and we will try to verify that the product is Really defective. In case you have to send the product to the warehouse, Wynot will take care of the shipping costs. At the same time that the product is found to be defective, the refund or change will be made to the affected user.

Does WYNOT offer after sales service?

Wynot offers the customer after-sales service through Serviwatch (Calle Cavanilles nº5 under A, 28007 Madrid)

2. ORDER INFORMATION

When will my order be shipped?

Most orders are shipped after 2 business days from purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

How do I track my order?

Our courier company, Zeleris, will send you an email with your tracking number once it has been prepared and removed from your order. When you receive it, you can enter it on the Zeleris tracking page:

If you notice that the tracking does not work, keep in mind that Zeleris takes a few hours to enter your tracking number in the system and it only sends in working days. In this case, try to check it later.
If your order goes through customs, we can not be held responsible for the additional costs involved.
If you make a return of the product to another address provided by email we can not be held responsible for your loss.

How much is the time and shipping costs when there is no free promotion?


Peninsula and Balearic Islands: 3-5 business days (€ 4.90). If the shipment is urgent 1-2 business days (€ 5.90)

Rest of the world: 3-7 business days (€ 5.90)

If your order goes through customs, we will not be responsible for the additional costs involved. For buying over € 40, shipping is free

3. RETURNS

Can I return the purchased products?

The right of withdrawal consists in terminating a contract, returning all or part of the goods purchased to our offices in the street Monasterio de Liébana, 9 portal A 1ºD, Madrid 28049, Spain, being the cost of sending the refund on behalf of the Client . What is our return / exchange policy?

Any unopened product can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please be sure to include your order number, in addition to contacting us by writing to wynot@wynotwatches.com.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once we receive the package at the address Monasterio de Liébana, 9 portal A 1º D Madrid 28049, Spain, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. When this transaction has taken place, you will be notified by email to the address that appears in your account.
After you have issued the refund, it will take a maximum of 3 business days for the funds to be received back into your credit card or Paypal account.
